CANCELLATION POLICY - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Once sufficient numbers of participants are confirmed, we will then confirm with all applicants/registrants that the workshop is going ahead.
We wish to reassure you of our commitment to honouring your booking unless circumstances necessitate a cancellation on our part. For this reason, we recommend you purchase Travel Insurance to cover flights, travel and accommodation expenses for which we cannot be held responsible.

• If you wish to cancel your program registration and the request is received at least 1 month prior to event start date you will be offered a FULL refund, less an admin fee of $50.

• If you wish to cancel your registration and the request is received within a month prior to event start date, your deposit of $800 will be retained. All other payments made will be refunded.

• The program will be held at the published venues and we do not accept personal responsibility for an individual’s travel costs (including flights and accommodation) affected for any reason outside of both parties’ control.
