This Pregnancy Circle is open to those currently pregnant and looking to honour themselves their babies in knowledge, body, breath, strength, nurturing, connection, sharing, and support.
This is an environment where you can tune-in to your baby and the journey that is unfolding and make conscious decisions about the directions you take.
Mostly held by Jo Askham (Childbirth Educator, Doula & permanent student of birth) in a gentle organic way based on the teachings or Rhea Dempsey, Birthwork, Spinning Babies and more. I will endeavour to address any concerns, feelings and questions that are brought into the class and circle with options, honesty and compassion.
Should I be at a birth or on placement, the circle will remain open for attendees to gather and share at no charge.

What can be expected:
- Creating a safe space
- Check-in where you are at in your journey
- Bringing focus to areas for exploration eg. intensions, birth culture & environment, working with labour, partner support, where is the baby at, preparing the body and mind and connecting spirit
- Space for questions and reflexion
- Birth Stories & Movies
- Body movement
- Artistic expression & processing
- Connection and sharing
Occasionally Jo may not be available to hold the online circles but by attendee request, these sessions will still be available to connect with each other.
